Valortec is a security consulting and training organization based in Florida that is dedicated to helping people and organizations face the challenges of today. Our administration team has over 30 years of combined education and operational experience in fields such as law enforcement, national security, and emergency and disaster management. We also have a wealth of experience in high-risk security operations, crime repression, investigations, and anti-terrorism efforts.
Our team is composed of the most experienced staff with a diverse range of expertise in sectors such as security, business, law enforcement, military, and national security. Our staff has a track record of successfully responding to disasters and other events, conducting criminal investigations, protecting dignitaries, executives, celebrities, and state witnesses, protecting critical infrastructure, and suppressing crime in high-crime areas.

Eva Madison
Our CEO and founder is a certified expert firearms instructor with experience not only on the range but in the field, both domestic and internationally. Air Force Veteran who flew with the Airborne Command Post during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
Carlos I Hernandez
13 years in the U.S Navy deployed during the Global War On Terrorism, Operation Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. In addition, he served 8 years as a Navy Law Enforcement Officer Force Protection. Deployed in Iraq at NSW/SOTF-W with SEAL team 3 and 5 during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn.
Garret Machine
Garret Machine CPP, served as a combat soldier in the Duvdevan Unit of the Israeli Defense Force.
Gorka Ibanez
Gorka Ibanez is a competitive shooter and instructor based in Florida. He has been competing in shooting sports since 2005, and has won numerous awards, including the 2018 USPSA Multigun Nationals championship. He is also a certified instructor through the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC).
Luis Jimenez
Active Police officer for 20yrs, 10 of them at the SWAT unit. MP First Sergeant. Martial Arts instructor (Black belt, 4th Dan) First responder (police) instructor. Active shooter management instructor tactical defensive driving instructor.
Manny Bragg
US world championship gold team with 5 consecutive world team titles. over 30 yrs in the shooting industry, teaching 1000’s of people across the globe. From USPSA, IDPA, GSSF, Steel Challenge, to 3 gun Teaching people to be better competitors and pushing them to the maximum.
Greg “Flash” Kerce
With extensive training & certifications in the firearms field since 1985. Professional USPSA / IPSC 92-94 & current Master Class. 5th in the World in single stack division on Steel Challenge & current Grand Master. Greg is a “encyclopedia of knowledge” from A to Z on speed shooting.
Raul Quintero
Retired NYPD, analyst for the Government Accountability Office (GAO) -with a focus on Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies and programs. DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG). Raul later went on to Direct the Security, Communication and Surveillance Center for a major healthcare and hospital system in South Florida.
Herfel Torres
A highly esteemed Law Enforcement firearms instructor with over 30 yrs of experience on the range and field, both domestically and internationally. Herfel is dedicated to training individuals to use fireams safely and effectively, with a focus on saving lives.
William “Coach” Lee
Willliam is a firearms enthusiast and lifelong shooter who later became a “gun guy” after years of casual shooting. He currently teaches concealed carry course and enjoys spending time on the range, helping interested people develop their firearms and self protection skills.
